Who We Are
A foundation built on one lasting conviction
Hello, and welcome. We are MATFOUND, the Mutatiinas’ Alliance Team Foundation. Founded on 21 October 2024 by Francis and Allen Mutatiina, together with eight like-minded partners, MATFOUND was established with a single conviction: meaningful work today should create value that lasts.
We are a registered not-for-profit under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau, and we are driven by a vision of alliances that empower the generations that follow. There is a place for you in the work we are building.

Community and mission support initiatives
We contribute to organisations and individuals serving communities in different capacities. Our support reaches mission-driven work already taking root on the ground. The aim is to strengthen efforts that create real, local change.
Support for vulnerable
groups
We stand with the elderly, the sick, and those facing hard seasons. Help goes to people carrying health, social, or economic burdens. The care here is practical and rooted in dignity.
Life-skills and family strengthening programmes
We help families grow stronger and more resilient. Individuals gain practical life and relational skills they can use every day. Strong families become the ground that strong communities stand on.
Global TIP strategic initiatives
We support strategic programmes delivered through Global TIP. These reach across refinement, relationships, resourcefulness, and research. Together they carry impact from one generation to the next.
